Many products are eligible for a refund at:
- 30 days from delivery — the refund option starts on the day of delivery, even if the product is late.
- 30 days from the maximum delivery time if the product has not arrived.

The Standard Returns Process

- Return and refund requests must be made within the app - locate the order in your order history and click Customer Service Team.
- Return of Funds - after the www.fpfsistemas.net approve the cancellation or refund and (in certain cases) confirm the return of the product, the www.fpfsistemas.net will return or credit the purchase amount and standard shipping charges. Special or express shipping fees will not be refunded and in some cases (as described above) the customer will be responsible for the return postage.
- If you want to cancel or withdraw from a purchase, please do so as soon as possible. Generally, after the cancellation window, processing of your order and, in some cases, also shipping, is already underway. If the product has already been shipped, it may be necessary to wait for the product to be received to cancel/discontinue and request a refund.
- Perishables - If any item on your order is perishable, in most cases it does not qualify for return or refund.
- Excluded Products - Certain electronic media products, such as software, do not qualify for return or refund if the seal is broken (ie, if they have been opened).
- Services — If you purchase services from certain brands, the possibility of refunds will be subject to brand policies.

- Pickup Now products
- Some of the products available for return are sold by store operators who also function as return locations. These products cannot be refunded unless the return has taken place. They must be returned to the return location and returns must be completed within 7 days. Please refer to the product details page and order history to determine which products are subject to these return rules.
- Send to Store products
- If you choose to ship products to a return location, the following special refund rules will apply:
- If the product was delivered on time, the shipping fee cannot be refunded.
- Products not withdrawn will be subject to restocking fees of up to 80%.
